Buying tires by the container is the most cost-effective way for distributors, dealers and fleets to stock up. Here is how ordering works with Bestsky Tire, from your first inquiry to the container arriving at your port.
1. Send your size list
Tell us the sizes, patterns and quantities you need, your destination port and your preferred Incoterms (FOB or CIF). You can use our quote form or message us on WhatsApp.
2. Mix sizes and brands in one container
You don’t need to fill a container with one size. We can combine passenger, light truck and truck & bus tires — and products from factories in Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia — so your stock matches what your customers buy. As a rough guide, a 40′HQ container holds about 2,000–2,800 passenger tires or 220–260 truck tires, depending on sizes.
3. Quotation and loading plan
We reply with prices, availability, lead time and a loading plan showing how many of each size fit in your container.
4. Order confirmation
Once you approve the quotation we send a proforma invoice. Production or allocation starts after the deposit is received.
5. Inspection, loading and documents
Tires are checked before loading, and we can share production dates (DOT week) and loading photos. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin for customs clearance in your country.
